General Information
Transportation and Meals
Band directors will be responsible for students transportation and meals. On campus vendors include: Subway, Chic-Fil-A, Pizza Hut, Burger King and others. There are also several other eateries outside of campus. If you would like to eat on campus please contact Sodexo at 601-979-0452.

Note: Please visit the website https://www.bgreco.net/band/ to complete a seating diagram of your ensemble. Please submit this chart via email to roderick.d.little@jsums.edu.
Payment
All participating bands will have to pay a fee of $40 to participate. All payments (cashiers check or money order only, no checks) should be made payable to “JSU Bands” and mailed to:

Payment will include a audio/visual recording of your performance that will be mailed to your school address after the festival is over. Comments of your performance will be given immediately after the performance. All applications and payments are due by February 23rd, 2018. Your band will not appear on the roster to perform without payment.
